SHIPPING:
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours or one business day to process and ship your order.
SHIPPING TO THE LAB:
** Shipping costs to Lab are not included
** Texas residents or samples collected from Texas must submit $24 fee for Lab analysis
LAB ANALYSIS & RESULTS:
From the day the lab receives your samples in the mail, your results will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days.
The results will identify:
- Whether you have a mold problem
- The type of mold it is
- If it is toxic mold (including what is known as 'black mold')
